TvnSeal Engineering Plastics Technology Co., Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D and manufacturing of high-performance sealing materials and special polymer new materials.
The company operates a 30-mu R&D and production base in Suzhou, alongside two additional manufacturing bases in Shanghai and Taizhou. The Shanghai base focuses on the research and development of high-end innovative materials, while the Suzhou and Taizhou bases – which house a 10,000-square-meter professional polyurethane production line with complete environmental assessment qualifications – deliver large-scale production of polymer elastomers and special polyurethane products. This layout forms a fully integrated manufacturing and supply chain system.
Boasting independent capabilities in material research and development, the company specializes in polyurethane, PTFE, special rubber and other material categories. It has built an industry-university-research cooperation platform in partnership with research teams from Tsinghua
University, Harbin Institute of Technology and other prestigious institutions. We conduct systematic verification of material performance and product reliability, breaking through core technical bottlenecks in relevant material sectors.
Our products are widely applied in engineering machinery, energy equipment, aerospace, nuclear power, petrochemical, semiconductor and other industries, supporting the domestic substitution of critical core materials. Domestically, we have established regional offices in Changsha, Chengdu and other cities. Internationally, we maintain cooperative partnerships with business counterparts in India, the United States and other overseas markets, creating a comprehensive service network covering key regions across the globe.

We have established a strategic partnership with Italy’s GAPI Group, taking full charge of the R&D and sales of its sealing products in the Chinese market.
The Shanghai PTFE R&D Center was founded. Collaborating with top American experts in engineering plastics, we have developed a wide range of premium PTFE products and launched them to the market.
The Taizhou Anmijiu R&D and Manufacturing Base was completed and put into operation. In the same year, the company obtained the certification of "National High-tech Enterprise", as well as environmental impact assessment and safety certifications, realizing independent technological development and production capacity upgrading.
It focuses on the development of special polyurethane and rubber materials, enhancing independent R&D capacity and quality control capabilities for core key materials.
Chengdu and Changsha sales hubs launched operations. This dual-core strategy optimizes our national network and greatly elevates customer service across Central and South China.
