TvnSeal Engineering Plastics Technology Co., Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D and manufacturing of high-performance sealing materials and special polymer new materials.
Different PTFE materials can be selected for the sealing lip according to service conditions.

| Surface Type | Ra | Rmax | Rz |
| Contacting Shaft Surface | 0.1-0.4 um | 1-4.0 um | 0.63-2.5 um |
| Housing | <1.6 um | <10.0 um | <6.3 um |
| The material contact area Rmr shall be approximately 50-70% relative to the reference line Cref.5% at the cutting depth c=0.25×Rz. The contact surface of the sealing pair shall be polished to eliminate directional spiral machining lines on the shaft surface. Grinding or local polishing only on the sealing contact surface is recommended to prevent leakage caused by spiral lines generated during machining. Surface hardness: 55-60 HRC. | |||
| Product Features |
| Oil seal outer rim: stainless steel metal skeleton; Different PTFE materials are optional for the sealing lip based on service conditions; Can be installed in open grooves |
| Product Advantages |
| It features low friction and stick-slip-free operation, which reduces heat generation and allows higher rotational speeds. Wide operating temperature range: -60℃ to +250℃ Maximum applicable pressure: 2 MPa Maximum rotational speed: 40 m/s Excellent medium compatibility; widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries, resistant to various chemicals; Widely applied to pumps, separators, blowers, centrifuges, mixers and other equipment. |
