The B07-SA seal represents an advanced evolution of lip seal technology. It combines the advantages of highly elastic O-rings with the wear resistance of lip seal materials. Featuring a unique embedded O-ring design, this seal is primarily used in mobile hydraulic applications. The O-ring maintains preload on the sealing lip under low pressure or vacuum, a prerequisite for reliable sealing performance. Its sealing force is largely unaffected by temperature fluctuations, and sufficient preload can still be retained even after moderate wear. Pressure loading of the sealing lip is achieved via deformation of the O-ring as system pressure varies.
