Spring-loaded PTFE lip seals are suitable for axially open housings fixed by pressure plates. An elastic auxiliary seal or integrated O-ring shall be fitted to achieve static sealing inside the housing.
These seals feature outstanding chemical resistance and heat resistance. The allowable operating pressure and rotational speed restrict each other; it is not recommended to operate at the maximum values of all parameters simultaneously.
